Stay away from Bodum: goods ordered and paid for. Have been waiting for delivery for a month. Bodum cannot be reached by phone, email or form. No reply to registered mail. If you already have to buy their mediocre products, then prefer to buy them indirectly through Tchibo, Amazon and co.
